Common questions

Account and sign-in

You sign in to SLAM Sports with Apple or Google. SLAM does not store a password for your account, so there is nothing to reset.

If sign-in fails or you cannot get back into an existing account, email support from the address you signed up with and include the sign-in method you used.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. The app asks you to confirm before anything is removed.

Deleting removes your SLAM account together with the data tied to it — profile details, uploaded film, and any connected health tokens. It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support from your account address and we will process the deletion for you.

Film uploads

Practice and game video you record in the app or pick from your photo library is uploaded so it can be analyzed. Large clips take longer, and an upload needs the app to stay open on a stable connection.

If an upload stalls or an analysis never appears, retry it from the Film library. If it fails again, email support with the date and time of the session so we can trace it.

Connected health data

Health data is optional and only used to pair effort and recovery with your training. SLAM reads it; SLAM never writes to any health service.

Apple Health: access is read-only and granted in the iOS Health permission screen. SLAM reads your heart rate while you record a session with SLAM Capture and shows it in your practice-film report. Uploading a video from your camera roll never reads Apple Health. You can review or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → SLAM.

Google Health and Fitbit: access is read-only and granted by connecting the account in the app. You can unlink it at any time in Profile → Settings → Devices & Health.

Privacy
